Strength:

  •  Power Snatch + OHS + Full Snatch 6 x 1+1+1 starting around 60% and not going any higher than 75%.  Focus on the body position and Full ROM/ Your own full ROM which is going to be slightly different than everyone else.

MetCon:

  •  3 min. AMRAP
    • HSPU
  • Rest 1 min.
  • 3 min. AMRAP
    • KB Swings (32/24, 24/20)
  • Rest 1 min.
  • 3 min. AMRAP
    • Row for Calories
  • Total Reps + Calories = score

Auxiliary:

  •  Wrist Curls 3 x 12-15 using BB or DB's.  We work a lot of extension, so need to balance with some flexion.
  • Triceps Extensions 3 x 12-15- Can use bands/ DB's/ KB's / and/or chains
