  •  Back Squat - in no more than 6 sets establish a 5 RM

MetCon:

  •  13.2 10 min. AMRAP
  • S2OH (115/75) x 5
  • DL x 10
  • Box Jumps (24/20) x 15- If you want to see how you will compare to the open perform the same way you did for the Open.  So if you stepped up, do that!

Auxiliary:

  •  Shoulder Touches 2 x 10
  • Work on Handstand Walks x 5-10 minutes
