  • KB Swings (24/16) x 10
  • Hand Release Push-ups x 15
  • Ring Dips x 10
  • KB Swings x 20
  • Hand Release Push-ups x 20
  • Ring Dips x 15
  • KB Swings x 30
  • Hand Release Push-ups x 25

Auxiliary Work:

  • Foam Roll x 10 minutes
  • Band assisted stretches x 10 minutes
