  •  For Time (Can be done in any order, but keep an eye out on avialability of rowers.  No alternate.)

  • Row for calories
  • Pistol squats
  • Sit-ups
  • Box Jumps

Auxiliary:

  •  TGU 3 x 3/3 (As heavy as you can handle)
  • Hollow Rocks 4 x max time
