  •  Bent Underhand BB Row 6 x 5
  • Ring Push-ups w/2 second pause in the bottom and top.  5 x 8-10- (If you are still doing knees down push-ups, work on full push-ups on the floor and drop to knees when form breaks.  Still do the 2 sec. pause at top and bottom

MetCon:

  • KB "Annie"
  • 50-40-30-20-10
    • Sit-ups
    • DU's
  • 10-20-30-40-50
    • KB swings (32/20, 24/16)

Auxiliary:

  •  KB/DB Single Leg RDL's 4 x 8/8
  • KB Bells up Shoulder Press 4 x 8/8- This will be difficult, so go light and focus on slow controlled movement.
