    • Scale will do Ring rows x 75
  • Row x 1000m (if log jam, air squats)
  • Walking lunges w/suitcase carry KB (32/20, 24/16) x 40 steps
  • DU's x 200 (Scale 500 singles)

Auxiliary:

  • Skill work x 15 min.
