MetCon: Lurong WOD # 2

  • For Time with a 12 min. time cap.  This can be partitioned any way.
  • KB Swings (53/35) x 100
  • Burpees x 100

Auxiliary:

  • Ring Rows w/2 sec. pause at top 3 x 10
  • Ring Support holds with straight leg raises 3 x 5-8
