Times for our regular CF classes, as well as CF Kids, Legends, Swing Fit, and Fast & Strong classes are listed on the calendar below. Please make sure to be on time for class to allow the coaches to properly warm you up and go over the day’s workout. In the case that you are running late for class, we ask that you join in on the class to follow.
